Alexander N. Andrews is an author, consultant, and former business executive. During his leadership career spanning 30 years to date, Alexander has often found himself swimming against the tide of poor managers and in doing so, overcame his own feelings of deflation, channeling this into creating engaging workplaces for his teams that were the envy of his colleagues. Much to his surprise, he even won awards for it! In his book, UNLIKE A BOSS, he shares his personal experiences of leadership horror stories he personally witnessed/was subjected to and how he overcame them to build highly engaged teams.

John Augusto, Ph.D. is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths© coach since 2016, Educational Testing Service (ETS) consultant, Associate Dean at Georgia State University and former Assistant Vice Provost at the University of Kansas, Dr. Augusto combines his 25+ years of experience in higher education and consulting to coach individuals and groups in corporate settings to create mutually beneficial learning programs.

Lisa Edmondson: The coordinator of the #LeadershipReform movement, Lisa is a successful people leader of high-performing teams plus the target of a toxic leader. Lisa used both of these experiences to launch Leadership Reno, an organization focused on "renovating" toxic leaders in the workplace. For her almost 30 years of dedication to the Learning & Development industry, Lisa was inducted into Marquis Who's Who in America and Who's Who of Professional Women for 2023.
